Session Time Controls

Choose how long each gaming session lasts — from 30 minutes up to 4 hours. When your limit is reached, you'll receive a clear on-screen notification. You can choose to extend once per session or let the system log you out automatically.

Cool-Off & Break Mode

Activate a temporary break directly from your profile. During a cool-off period, your account is fully suspended — no logins, no deposits, no gameplay. This is ideal if you feel you need a short reset without committing to full self-exclusion.

Self-Exclusion Request

To request self-exclusion, go to Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion, or contact our support team directly. Exclusion periods start at 6 months and can be set to permanent. During exclusion, all promotional communications are stopped and your account cannot be reactivated until the period ends.

No. Once a self-exclusion is active on 0k Play, it cannot be reversed or shortened during the chosen exclusion period. This is intentional — the cooling-off period is designed to protect you. If you chose a 6-month exclusion, your account will remain suspended for the full 6 months. At the end of the period, you will need to actively request reactivation, and a 24-hour reflection period will apply before access is restored.

Any real-money balance remaining in your 0k Play account at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to your registered GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Our support team will guide you through the withdrawal process.
