By accessing, registering on, or using the 0k Play platform (the "Platform"), available at 0k-play.com, you ("Player", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 0k Play Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
0k Play reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Age Restriction: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. 0k Play will report suspected underage gambling to the appropriate authorities.
To access real-money games on 0k Play, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 0k Play Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 0k Play employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 0k Play reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:
0k Play will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 0k Play that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 0k Play conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 0k Play's discretion.
All transactions on the 0k Play Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 0k Play accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 0k Play reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the Player's name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. 0k Play aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
0k Play reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 0k Play does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 0k Play may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
0k Play offers a range of online games including but not limited to slots, bingo, fishing arcade games, and card games. The availability of specific games may vary and is subject to change at 0k Play's discretion without prior notice. 0k Play does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game title.
Each game on the 0k Play Platform has its own minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable wager limits before placing bets. 0k Play reserves the right to modify wager limits at any time.
All game outcomes on 0k Play are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on 0k Play's servers, the server record shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 0k Play reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's account. 0k Play shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager amount.
If a game session is interrupted due to a disconnection on the Player's side (including but not limited to loss of internet connection, device failure, or browser closure), the game round will be completed automatically by the Platform according to the game's rules. The result of the completed round will be recorded and applied to the Player's account balance accordingly.
From time to time, 0k Play may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 0k Play.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 0k Play, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 0k Play makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.
In no event shall 0k Play's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk: Real-money gaming involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. 0k Play is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gameplay.
You may close your 0k Play account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
0k Play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of closure due to breach, 0k Play may forfeit any balance in the account.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, and 12 — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 0k Play Platform.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 0k Play's support team to seek an informal resolution. 0k Play will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
0k Play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 0k Play will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
